On behalf of WWRFC, I would like to invite you all to our 2022 Chili Cook Off! Put the date in your calendars now! We will return to Wilson’s Bar and Grill on Saturday February 26th, from 1-4 pm.

Our Chili Cook Off is out biggest fundraiser of the year, and we are so excited to be back after COVID halted our annual day of fun last year. The admission cost covers all you can eat chili and keeps the beer flowing! We will also have a Basket Raffle of some great prizes!

Speaking of…

We are still looking for chili chefs! Please spread the word to partners, friends, family, anyone! We’re capping chefs at 12 people this year, so don’t hesitate to sign up! Prizes will be awarded to the top three chefs. A discounted admission rate will be granted to chefs, and all we ask of them is to bring a crockpot of chili for people to try! Try out a new recipe or bring a family classic to show off, what rugby player doesn’t love chili on a cold day?? Email me at clark.andrea8@gmail.com to get signed up and receive more information! We would also love any donations for our basket raffle! We would love to support local businesses, artists, clubs etc. so if you or a partner/friend/family member has any ties or works for a company that could donate some swag, please let me know! I’m happy to talk to anyone :) No contribution is too small! Anything is much appreciated and can always be added to gift baskets as we start assembling them. WE WANT TO SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS AND SPONSORS! As things start rolling in and baskets get assembled, we will be promoting and highlighting every business or individual who makes a donation through our social media channels. So send us information about what you or your company does as well so we can promote it! We truly appreciate the ongoing support WWRFC has received this year after starting back up, and we can’t wait to see you all and thank you in person at the cook off!
